Flexible selection of equipment configuration

The E5071C is used to test, measure, and evaluate RF components, multiport modules, materials, and signal integrity in R&D and manufacturing, such as wireless communications, automobiles, semiconductors, and medicine.

Equipment can be configured by flexibly selecting the number of ports, frequency, bias tee, etc. according to the purpose of use in each field.

• Various test sets can be selected: - 9 kHz ~ 4.5 or 6.5 or 8.5 GHz - 100 kHz ~ 4.5 or 6.5 or 8.5 GHz (with bias tee) - 300 kHz to 14 or 20 GHz (with bias tee)
  
  
• 2 or 4 ports, up to 22 multiports possible (E5092A)
  
  
• Low trace noise: 0.004 dB rms at 70 kHz IFBW
  
  
• Wide dynamic range: 130dB (standard)
  
  
• High measurement speed: 9 msec for full 2-port calibration, 401 points
